1. Marketing Tips These articles must give us the how to approach. Explain how a specific tip was/is used in your business. Explain what worked and didn’t work and the outcome and lessons learned.

2. Spotlight on YOUR business! This spotlights small–business or home business owners and their

   success stories. We are looking for specific ways you made your business successful. We are looking for Articles for this section that have something different that will help our audience learn something new.

3. Ups and Downs Section Articles in this section should explain a specific up or down in starting a business. Again, we are looking for articles for this section that have something different that will help our audience learn something new.

Submission Guidelines

• Articles should not exceed 800 words. Paragraphs should not be more than 7 lines in length.
• Allow a minimum of six weeks for a response–no phone calls, please. We will however respond via e-mail as to whether we will be using your article submission or not.
• BuildBrandExpand.com assumes no responsibility for unsolicited manuscripts or photos. However, we do welcome unsolicited manuscripts.
• Include your name, address, phone, email address and business description/short biography.

Acceptance, Rights & Payment

BuildBrandExpand.com does not currently pay for articles. However, we will give writers a byline and short biography of their business following the article.

BuildBrandExpand.com obtains the one-time rights to include a story on the online website. No further rights are implied. Any inquiries on usage are referred back to the author. In some cases, we'll negotiate permanent online or print rights.
